To timely solve grievances of international students
This was the end product of the Smart India Hackathon held by the Govt. of India, for which my team won the inspirational award in 2017 and my main role was working on the backend of the app to obtain the correct geotagging of the consulate in case of an emergency, and marketing the app to increase reach amongst prospective students planning to study abroad.
It is available on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App store and the name MADAD means “help” in Hindi.
Consular Services Management System (MADAD) has been setup for Indian Citizens to log in and track Grievances pertaining to the Consular Services offered by the Indian Embassies (Missions/Posts) globally.
